See How Etchings Are Printed (Intaglio Printmaking)

Tue 1st February  until Mon 7th February , 10am - 12pm

Local printmaker, Lana de Jager, will be demonstrating how an original piece of art is made from an etched plate: from inking to final product, using a traditional printing press. Lana will be upstairs at Hills Hub, Emerald from 10am - 12pm daily from Tuesday 1 February - Monday 7 February. This event is part of the What's On Cardinia Festival!

Glenn Hambleton presents Emerald Aspires

Tue 1st February  until Mon 21st February , 10am - 1pm

Share your positive messages and thoughts on three large chalk boards. One blackboard will have the words "I'm Thankful...", second will be "I Love..." and third will be "I Wish..." Using coloured chalk creates a very vibrant visual, and to read everyone's comments engages the community to think more positively and share these important messages with friends and family.

Hills Troubadour José Garcia, will be performing a selection of songs that are folk and country influenced to patrons on Wednesday, 2nd of February. Armed with guitar and baritone vocals, there will be an assortment of tasteful offerings. So there is sure to be something to please your palate! It can sometimes be busy and on some occasions, people have had to wait for seating.

Light Breaking Through Darkness

Natalia is a multi modality artist with scientific background specialising in UV reactive artworks and hand decorated clothing. Her recently developed unique technique is to place bright dots of colour against a dark background, for the observer to connect into a complete picture which can be further enhanced with 3D glasses. Natalia's work will be exhibited upstairs at Hills Hub.
